Responsible for managing and scheduling the calendar of Vice President of Retail/General Merchandise Manager and entire retail team.

Assist cross-functional buying teams to pull samples, toggle and tier samples, update excel spreadsheets, and assist in organizing for buys.

Oversee Merchant Packets using formulas to check other’s work. 

Manage weekly Promotion Sheets from initial send out to final send out. 

Responsible for assisting with HR duties (including but not limited too): approving payroll bi-weekly through HRSS, creating and managing open job requisitions, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, PTO requests, salary adjustments. 

Assist design team with setting up for Line Reviews and creating/managing schedule for Line Reviews.

 Organize clothing samples by delivery date, collaborate with the E-Commerce team to drop samples at photoshoots.

Coordinate meetings with WGSN, communicate updates, as well as manage WGSN user list company-wide.

 Manage cross-functional marketing meetings, conference calls, Gift with Purchase emails and communications to the Vice President. 

Assist buyers with overall day to day tasks to ensure deadlines are met and initiatives run smoothly. 

 Manage distribution lists and scheduling of reoccurring meetings and office events.
